We are a local company based in Swindon who mainly invest in the local market. We have grown significantly over the years after first investing in a Buy-to-Let property in 1993 (this property is still owned and rented out by us).

With over 15 years of Buy-to-Let experience we have never evicted any tenants and have not sold any houses. We are long term property investors with an already established portfolio and are looking to expand further.

Our properties have been managed by the same letting agent for several years and they provide the professional and fair levels of service that we demand for our tenants.   Because we have worked with the same letting agents for such a long period of time they can provide testimony that we have never sold a house from under a tenant's feet.

Being a local company we pride ourselves in a more personal service which is tailored to suit your needs which we recognise is different for everyone. We will try our hardest to construct a deal that suits you!
